HF to RS rEMOTE uPLOAD is slow....Any Alternatives?

I wanna transfer the files which are hosted in my HF aacount to Rapidshare..but the remote upload is so slow that it exceeds the 3hr limitation of Rapidshare Remote upload Rule..


Any other way around is there?
