help with forums

[manthing]

Hi, I found some good forums to post, but after registering, new members cannot create new threads.

http://www.rapidshare2download.net/forums/index.php
http://dbbians.com/forums/index.php
http://i-share.ws/forum.php

Is there a way to get permission for posting on these types of forums? How can i get it? I dotn wanna pointlessly spam with replies to boost my post count.
Thanks for help
