[HELP] Suggest me a newsletter plugin for Wordpress

Hi guys,

I need a newsletter subscription plugin for wordpress site, but i am confused which one to use. can any one having experience which is good/best for wordpress.

in my wp template i have one blank space coded, so i need to integrate that plugin there.
