[HELP] Someone Scammed me with 2 domains, What can I do?

Hi,
I talk with someone in MSN messenger (I have logs),
And we deal that I send him 2 domains and he pay me to paypal,
I pushed him the 2 domains, then he go away from MSN.
I have logs for our conversion.
The domains registered in Godday.

Who can help me with this issue?

I already does that, but they me:
"Thank you for your email. It appears that you have a 3rd party agreement between yourself and the buyer. We are not able to become involved in this dispute."

lol he scammed me out of 40 bucks a while back but I got my money back with a paypal dispute I guess you have to just give up on the domains then

Not a lot you can do if the registrar won't get involved. It's kindof weird that they won't get involved considering they're the only ones who can do anything to be honest.

He is a great scammer. pcmasterz was his username here I guess. And never push the domains before payment. Thats the biggest mistake people do.

He even told me that he brother of Cyberaff when I was talking to him and I was like WTF.
