Help renewing my domain at godaddy

My domain at Godaddy is expired and i want it to renew
I Dont have PP so i asked my 3 of the friends to renew it
but its asking for credit card or debit card
one of my friend added funds in my godaddy's account but i cant renew it then also
I dont have credit card so anyone can help me renewing my domain

Finding someone:

Well if you have no options left, you have to transfer your domain to other domain hosting site, that's your last option.

It was locked for 60 days due to changes in domain information, its now expired and cant be transferred until it gets renew

I am from Pakistan and paypal will block my payment as PP is not allowed in Pakistan.
