Help, im planning to start a warez site.
How much do i need for domain + hosting?
how many disk space will i need?

And how much you need for your domain will depend on what extension you will buy. (.com .org .info ...)

And how much you will need for the specs that vorazeal said will depend on what host you will use.
 
$10 dollars for a domain name and $10 for good offshore shared hosting. At SQSHosting you get 15GB of space and 80GB Bandwidth for 10 bucks.

i already bought a .org domain..
i will buy hosting soon when i got my money from hotfile.

just for now, i signed up on blogger.. (better than nothing)

actually my site is exclusive for iPod/iTouch/iPhone Games, Movies, Apps, etc..
 
i sell webhost.. good prices :) you can get 10GB space, 100GB bandwith.. hmm.. for only 12$ :) contact me .. price can be bargained :P

So I decided,for start,to create blog in blogger... ;)
And I'm wondering now,what I need to do,to be safe from getting ban?
Does I need to buy a domain name?Then I'll be safe,or not? <_<

I believe you are from Balkan right?
So you dont have money... how do you mean to upload anything?

Anyway, with blog you cant submit to katz since they dont accept free hostings and free domains... some dll's would accept you, but I'm not sure which ones... anyway you wouldnt get much traffic from them

So... you should collect some money first, or find some1 who needs help with his/her forum/blog, for that look in community cooperative http://www.wjunction.com/forumdisplay.php?f=23

You need a vbulletin/phpbb/ipb pro ,if ur starting a forum of course,you will need a good graph'er "designer" and coder.
all the site can cost 150$ and you will make a successful forum.

For hosting look in hosting section under Shared
personally I would recommend KnownSRV as I am using it and didnt have any problems + support is fast, but we all have different tastes, so look for something that suits you best.
Oh yeah, it has to be "offshore" Netherland prefered

for domain, try to avoid godaddy, and go with namecheap, moniker, dynadot
