Help needed in starting a Movies Sharing Site

I am from India .I am plannng to start a website , where i would like to share the VideoBB links , so that users can see the streaming movies ( Normal Movies and Old movies , not porn ) .

So , please tell me the steps needed to start .. Suggest me some Safe n secure Web hosting for these stuffs ...

What are the precautions needed to start a movies sharing site , which countries servers would be the best for these kinds purposes ...and where can i buy the Domain name for these kinda services , Namecheap or Godaddy ?

Get domain from namecheap and hosting from locations like NL or Ukraine.NL mostly preferred.

Buy domain at namecheap.com and for hosting buy from Netherlands from knownsrv.com For a script If you want free you can use Wordpress or Joomla.
