Help me out !! My android is freezing , crashing .........

I'm using
Acer Iconia Tab A500 32 gb

I donno which version of android im using !! Thats not the problem !!!

My problem is my tab is going slow day by day , freezing , crashing so much apps !!

Such as can't tweet a photo in twitter !! The app crashes !!
same goes for Facebook !!!

What should i do !!!
Do i have to use any other app ?? to get rid of this problem ???
plz tell me !!

Root the tab, remove all unnecessary apps and use greenify to hibernate unused apps.
