help me in selecting a host

hey guys i m looking for a windows shared hosting company. as there are so many companies on wjunction offering shared hosting but i want users reliable opinion. i want quick help because in couple of days i want my website to go on-line.

Website is about anime
it is made in asp.net
the server should be offshore and safe to use for anime site
should be windows hosting
guys i m newbie and its my first attempt, that is why i m looking for your honest opinion.

Can i use Linux host as well ????

not a good idea to run on linux although it is stable. you're better off with a windows host.

firs thing you need to do is write down all the hosts that will provide you things you need.
Then you should search them in google and look for reviews in here.
After that you should have the clear picture on what hosts you can trust
