[Help] How to embed a video in free wordpress blog

Can someone tell me how to embed a video say from gounlimited into a post on the free wordpress blog.

The video hosting site usually provides the video embed code, just copy-paste it in your WP Post or Page.

I tried but the video is not displayed, instead it removes the iframe code and displays only the clickable link to the file. maybe the free blog doesn't allow to embed videos.

free wp doesnt allow embeding and allow it as an 'addon' (paid ofcourse) and its just cheaper buying a host for $2 a month and doing it yourself(but itll be slower loading time for the website)
