Help about HTML Code for a Box

Hello i need a Simple html code for my Website.

I have no Experience with that but i need a html Code that show this Grey Background

Its only a Example i need a Code Html Code that is showing up 1 Link or 3,5,9,20 but everytime with this Grey Background.

Can anyone Help me with this Pls?!

you need to know div name or add a new div ( like i did in above example with id content ) and all your links should be between that div, and give that a background color in css #CCC .
