Buying Header and Footer for IMG Hosting Site

Hi guys and gals

Want a header and footer for my image hosting site
Dimensions
Header : 813x187
Footer: 813x50

colors dont matter but it have to be at least 2 colors.
Header should have logo in it.

please post some work in order to know your work.
budget $15 in pp or mb (cant increase it)

and slogan keep it blank so i can put it.
