i also got verified without CC,, just write with personal english if you dont have a CC and you want verify your account without CC,, then they'll send you message what is they need to verify your account,, usually they just need scan of ID Card / Drive license and proof of address such as a bank statement, credit card statement, phone bill or utility bill
