hii i have 90$ in paypal and i need this to withdraw but can't find any method to withdraw this money as paypal has some issue with indian bank account so if some1 wants money in paypal i can give him my 90$ for indian rupees u charge ur fee + for india users we can do deal hand to hand or u can send me through western union thanks if any1 intrusted post ur reply here............

Yes - but that was last year somebody tried to do a MB to PP exchange and the thread was locked very quickly.
