He's not kidding for fucks sake. Because most of your *5 sites and *4 & *3 , ah fuck it. Almost every site uses some public template for vB/IPB. And It has only leechers registered. Not very worth. Only the domain is worth from 90% sites ... So 50$ is very good.

i saw 4 star sites got sold for 150$
