They don't give a damn about your content. Those policies are there because they have to be there.

My stuff is warez. It's impossible to get points without warez ;)
 
Yeah.. the reason is there point payout level (100K) is impossible to reach for some. FOR SOME.. not all.

And the fact that everybody ain't heading over to MU, makes it better for us limited uploaders who DO upload to MU. Means, they'll sustain longer and we can get paid for longer... of course... meh!
 
Hotfile pays good, or did until they changed their rates a couple of days ago. An uploader at my site used to get around 100$/week before they changed rates and now perhaps half of it so still pretty nice :)

I received the 1500$ reward long ago when i used to upload...

They do pay but it takes up to 2 weeks to a month to receive it as they will legitly check your download totals and see if you faked your downloads..

I dont no how hard they crack down on warez now so you might not get paid this time if its illegal
