Hardcode mkv?

I know that you can hardcode AVI! But what about MKV? I have tried and use mkvmerge GUI (Soft embed subtitles)
But the text will not appear on the stream on megavideo!

Is there a solution for it?

you can hardcode it before you mux with it mkvmerge, just like in AVI
