GraphicsForum need moderators and administrators

I've opened graphics forum with my friend got webhost and domain i just need someone to work with me here is the link :

What exactly is their to moderate though ? i see 3 forums and 1 post

Just some helpful advice here i have experience in running a graphics forum and your going to have to put alot of work into it just throwing a default skin on is not going to do anything, Invest some money into a custom skin or build one yourself that's what i did and then people started registering, Also make sure its pixel candy or people will just leave you have to be a beast at graphics as well and make it stand out

well i just started working custom skin is not a problem that will come at time i cannot invest since my paypal is blocked :/ i need moderators who understand graphics to post tutorials etc...
