Google Analytics Stopped Working

Hi guys i need help with that i started to work with the ads fo adhitz.com and vadpay then after i put its codes the google analytics stopped working i removed vadpay and made it all with adhitz and still the same problem does anyone have any solution or had an experience with this problem iam using tvstreamscript :facepalm:

put the code again , as i think its because of the new google system of approving with the contact no. though no idea
mine was also stopped and i removed and added again and it is working :D
