Like if we have games site they will ban us or not like eg download free full version pc games

If the games are not copyrighted, then they will not ban you.

If you have to pay a cent for the games, and you are offering them for free, they WILL ban you.

Offtopic: I used Google for my warez site. When it was payday, they said that they don't allow that type of site. (Basically a warning: Don't do it again)
The check came a week later.

Back on topic: I'm positive that they will not ban you for duplicate content.
For one, the internet is full of it and google does care. They care for relevance and targeted content. I think they could less if its original or not. (Though Im sure if it was original you might get paid better. ie. More traffic)
But yeah... you're good!
