Hello,

Looking for affordable PC's that can ship to Canada. These are the specs I'm looking for:

8GB RAM
Quad Core 2.8GHz +
HDD doesn't matter, but must include one
Windows 7
I don't nee Mouse/Keyboard/Monitor.
It's also nice to have wireless adapter but not required
Also, I'd like this service to be able to install a PCI tuner if possible.

My limit is $420.00 (not including PCI costs), I think that's reasonable, but I can go slightly over.​

I can, I've gotten a few.. just doesn't send to Canada shipping rates, and import rates up the ass. Their is some legit ebay stores though that sell only computers (alot) amazing specs, for US only. I saw an i5, 8gb ram, from a legit ebay store the other day.
