Good Domain Registrar accepting WebMoney

So, I got a site for which i am thinking of purchasing a domain name.
I got money in my WebMoney Account. (WME)

I am wondering if anyone can refer me a domain registrar who accepts WebMoney, As that money is of my no use.
Recommend Only IF you have used that registrar. Not random ones present in the Shop of wmtransfer.

I also require Whois Privacy, If Possible.
