Good Domain Registar

Can anyone tell me a cheap domain registar that don't support SOPA. I need to transfer my domains since my current one is closing down.

I use Namecheap who have been excellent for me. I believe they are against SOPA, but they are definitely the way to go when it comes to domains!

I recommend www.ShinJiru.com... Since it is in Asia it doesn't support SOPA etc.. I think it will be the best.
