glibc 2.7

Anyone know how to install glibc 2.7 on centos 64 bit?

yum install glibc-devel

it installed 2.5 :p but i need 2.7

well to install 2.7 (building from source) you will need to remove 2.5 and simply you won't able to do that since most system libraries/softwares depends on that glibc 2.5 .

I think you will need to use Fedora instead of CentOS to enjoy full edge releases.
