and I've gave you the direct control panel to your VPS, I didn't tell you that you can access it from whmcs panel, We don't have that system yet, that is why it shows it's unavailable.

You should be honest the reason why he only has VPS Panel access you don't have access to the node is cause you gave him a resold server from VPS6.net I think when you create contest like this you should mention this so user won't get confused at all.

yes I'm a reseller and I don't have any idea how to make it access from whmcs, so I just give the solusvm.domaindallas.com to all my clients to access there VPS, yes all my VPS's are resold as I'm there reseller.

I think when you create contest like this you should mention this so user won't get confused at all.
