Refund policy
Your contract with us is risk-free. If you are not happy with your purchase within the first 7 days a refund can be given. You just have to open a ticket regarding this.

Nodes and datacenter details
All VPS servers are hosted on machines with 192GB RAM, Dual Intel Xeon with 8 cores and 16 threads, 12 hard disks configured in hardware RAID5 for maximum I/O performance. The nodes are hosted in Europe. The datacenter has over 380Gbps connectivity to the Internet.

In witch country are the servers?
is there any possibilities for demo account?

edit: i read servers are in washington, los angeles and bucharest, can we chose location?
(i'm in europe so i would prefer bucharest for exemple)

Hello,

Video encoding is allowed. Servers are in Europe (Romania) and USA (Washington). You can choose between the two datacenter when ordering. Demo accounts are not possible for the moment, but if you are not satisfied with our service, we can refund without any problems.

Hello,

Yes you can upgrade/downgrade anytime and you wont loose your data. Please access Client Area and click on Products/Services, then on desired VPS. There you will find the Upgrade/Downgrade button. Upgrades and downgrades are made automatically. If you downgrade, your account will be credited with the difference and you can use that credit to pay your future invoices.
 
I agree with Zetsuboun. speed is great! support is also very good. i talked with 3 guys. they helped me with optimizing mysql even if the vps is unmanaged. i'm satisfied and recommend gigaservers to anyone . (y)

The activation should be instant. Unfortunately, because of holidays, the datacenter was unable to provide us more nodes and we received lot of new orders. Finally the datacenter provided us yesterday 3 new nodes. Your order should be ready in couple hours. Sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience.
