Yes, it's a problem depends on the country. Romanian servers are not in the center of connection like Netherlands or France.

yeah same here the speed is really not ok sir,pls check this.

its more a 10MBs connection not more,

the speeds are 5 mins ok then after 30 mins the speed is less as 1 MB in Upload.

The datacenter has some connectivity issues. I already noticed dc about this and they are checking what's happening. I will be back with news.

I would like to request about refund my money back. I am not happy with your services due to the problem with the datacenter since the time when I bought my VPS.
I have Created the Ticket #725053

You are offering the servers in Europe but you are not writting WHERE EXACTLY! Romanian servers are not in the center of continent connection.

Please, next time you should write where they are situated.

@agent008: Sure. A refund was given. The problem is not caused by the location of the servers. Romania is one of the best interconnected country in Europe. That's why prices too for Internet bandwidth are low.

The bandwidth problem was not so big. VPS users could reach 15-20MB/s without problems, but not 60-70MB/s as usual. This has already been solved by the datacenter today.

They had some issues with the Cogent link. Now everything should be fine. Also we are working on our own datacenter. We will offer VPS and dedicated servers from our own datacenter most probably next month.

I think Romanian servers are not the best. The best servers are only NL/FR because NL is in the center of continental connection.

@agent008: I didn't sayed romanian servers are the best, but the country has very good connectivity. The connectivity is also dependent to distance. For example a USA client will not have same connectivity with NL like he has with Washington. On his case a USA server is better than a NL one. That's why there is no "best".

I have never any problem with NL/FR servers. Upload/download speed was always very good. From USA it's not possible to upload to EU with very good speed, so that's a reason why I do not want the USA VPS. You do not offer anything else. Otherwise, I will stay with your hosting but I cannot.
 
We already have sent tons of e-mails to the datacenter to solve the bandwidth problem, but there are still ports with slow speeds. We are planning to move to our own DC as soon as possible.

Hello Gigaservers, what's up with this email about moving to your own datacenter? I don't understand if I'm affected or not, I just signed up a week ago and now there's a problem? (so soon?) Can someone from gigaserver please clarify.
 
Is this another hacker email? I have had no problem with speed. I just cant have my VPS formatted again! I have spent so much time getting it right.

As you probably noticed, your VPS have lot of bandwidth issues.
We have sent a lot of notification to the Voxility datacenter to solve those problems. They apparently solve the problem (after long time), but couple days later connection is again slow.
We don't want that we have unsatisfied clients, so we terminated our contract with Europe datacenter (Voxility).
Please backup your data from the VPS ASAP, as the datacenter will disconnect all servers in about 24 hours.
We will move all collocated servers to our own datacenter, but this will take 1-2 weeks (shipping, installing etc.).
Many of our active VPS wont be affected, because they are already in the new DC, but unfortunately this isn't your case too. Your VPS is at Voxility now.
Moving servers to our own datacenter, means that we can solve any problem much faster, we can give much better bandwidth and control everything much easier, so the client will receive much better services. This is the best decision we could take at this time. Voxility doesn't cooperate with us in order to keep servers running while we move everything to the new DC.
Please DON'T OPEN DISPUTES ON YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR'S PAGE. We WILL refund money if you want to. You have just to open a ticket and tell us what's your decission.
Opening a dispute will just make the refund to take longer (we won't have available balance, it will be on hold, so we wont be able to refund).
If you choose to wait 1-2 weeks while we move everything to the new datacenter, you will have your VPS active for 1 month (even if you already used it for 2 or 29 days).

Man very simple read the last 2 pages of this Thread

He explain everything there a some Servers that have a Bad Node and Speeds,he have send the DC emails to fix this.

and he say here he will switch to own one there isnt anything Bad on this case.

may i ask you which server u use becouse you say you have not bad speeds?!
