@elaikoo: With "affected users" I mean users who had VPS active with us and were affected by the termination of the service (not expired). We don't refund users who had a VPS active with us from 12 dec to 12 jan for example. Yes that's true, we don't have enough funds to refund all users, only when disputes are closed (by users or by PayPal). It is everything clear now?


so i should close my dispute then to process this refund right?!and how long will take this process?!

Your all foooools.... Close disputes so it doesn't damage his paypal account..

I won't be coming here ever again! Some one track this Alex down.. Who has his info..???

False accusations towards WJunction removed. Our members of staff do their best to prevent users from scamming, however, since GigaServers started off as a reputable host from the start, they had issues in the middle which made them lose clients and InterWAP tried to resolve the issues at the time, which he did. But now, another issue arose, which he states;

Please close the thread, as we can't continue offering services. First 75% of VPS was removed by hacker. We payed servers in advance and more than 50% of the clients were refunded and gone from us. Immediately after that, Voxility started to have lot of bandwidth problems. They couldn't solve problems. Clients are disappointed and ask for refund immediately after they try the VPS because of the bandwidth. We payed everything without having any benefit for 2 months. We don't have sufficient clients for covering servers costs and we have to close. I'm really sorry.

InterWAP had asked us to close the thread, in which case we thought it was best to have it left open so that updates from customers can be provided in regards to refunds. InterWAP had informed me he would be issuing refunds and we are currently awaiting for his response in regards to this. If InterWAP does not reply to the last PM I have sent him, we will have no option but to ban him (although we hope that it does not come to this).

We would ask that clients do not close their disputes until InterWAP has started to initiate refunds for those that have already closed disputes.

iam sorry but then this User Lie to you,becouse no one getting here any refund if he say to you 50% of customers have get his dispute i ask me then why iam get No Refund or reply to Ticket or emails.

Here are a Proof Screenshot that this company stopped the contact with customers:

Ticket is open since weeks now and the promissed refund is still not make.

Did he send you any proof that he refund anyone i think really he is a Liar becouse iam the first one that reported the problem and my problem is announced since the first day it happend here and i have no reply like i said no refund or anything like that.


But i dont care anymore...........

all what i say is if they dont refund they can start from scratch with their buisiness,not only here and i mean all Interwap & Gigaservers i know this guy Lie becouse he never refund anyone here back.

He can forget his buisiness anywhere dont care if interwap or gigaservers this guy can start from scratch if he dont refund the people that are involved with this and at this Time i see NO ONE HERE That WRITE GOT MY REFUND

agree with the same, support ticket are lef without any response for weeks.
 
I agree too.I purchased a vps 3 days before all this mess.Asked for refund at the first 2 hours that I used the vps but still no luck.I dont believe InterWap,hes eating caviar from romanian hooker's tittys right now with our money :/
 
yepp seems it have more value what the seller is saying here,

however its time for a Ban for this Provider becouse i think he have to reply here whats going on becouse he was online since the last admin Message.

However if he dont give it back i start to repport this scamming company all over the web!

I dont care anymore :)

We value both what the seller and buyer says. InterWAP informed me he would refund users and I am currently awaiting his response. If there is no reply within 24 hours, we will have no option but to ban him. Again, I personally hope that he does stick to his word and refunds members.
