Getting traffic from http://sharebutton.to

Hello I just want to know if this is why I would I be getting traffic from Share Button - give your website more social traffic ? I'm using addthis.com for the share button should I just disregard this and consider it as fake traffic ? or can someone explain to me why this is happening.
