so don't close your terminal, use it until u are working on utorrent, orelse try using TorrentFlux on linux, which will do the same work & it wont even require the GUI for your linux system.
wat kinda system are you using ??
if its VPN or u are using it remotely u can open terminal coz i have been using GUI linux on remote for a long time & now i only use linux without GUI handled using putty.
Try using torrentflux, it will show all your problems.
you're never supposed to close the terminal window that's running the "wine utorrent.exe" command
which centos are you running? which wine are you running? how long was centos+wine+utorrent working before this happened? did you have utorrent set up to update automatically?

you dont plan on keeping the server very long do you :p
I was trolling around utorrent site and found this solution if you want to keep running utorrent (linux version w/o wine) even when the terminal is closed...
