Get/Send Money from Neteller

I want to open a Neteller account and have some questions.

On which way I have to verify my account? (Adress, Bank?)

Can I get and send Money without verify my Neteller Account?

without verifing you have some limits , you can send only 50$

and you just need your passport/id card/driving license to verify account.

Afterall its your money related account and if you are working on clean funds, its suggested to get verified on real details.

When I use to withdraw money from Neteller, it would take up to 10 days to transfer
after turning 'Silver', my transactions are much faster.
They take upto 3 days to showup in my bank account
