The rules are very simple:
All links will be rel="nofollow" until you start sending us traffic. Once we see your website on our traffic list, your website will receive a rel="dofollow" tag - which means you will get SEO link juice from my website.
As soon you submit your website, I'll check it and verify if it fit on the rules and if everything be OK, your website will be registered and you will start receiving traffic from my visitors.
