@anurr , Each user can generate $0.06, it can be in 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 downloads, it depends on file size and country.

So if I would have 2+ files which are over 1000MB & an user from Tier 1 downloads them, then only 0.03+0.03 are counted, e.g. 2 files out of, say, 10?

CZ, SK have been added to group C.
Minimum payout will be reduced asap.
