We've clarified the matter, if you still think that we delete your files without reason, what can we do?

For more clarify, we never delete files without reason, we only delete files we've received abuse regarding them, or files which break our rules, like porn files.

File examples you mentioned has no log in our abuse reports, that means we didn't delete them for this reason, if these files were porn files, your account should be banned too.

In light of the above, I can say that we didn't delete the files you mentioned, and can't determine who delete them too.

There is no system issue causes auto delete, otherwise expired files.

Files deleted for the following reasons:-

1- Inactive files, for free members 30 days without downloads. (Auto delete)
2- Porn files, we delete them and ban membership immediately. (Manual delete)
3- Copyright files when we receive report regarding them, we delete them within 24:48 hours. (Auto delete)

The 5 days still not over, but any way we've an issue in received webmoney SMS, we hope it solved asap.
