I mentioned this before, but I think I should make it more clear.

Since no uploads can occur in this time, the $50/1000 promotion will be extended to different days (after uploads are back).

The $50/1000 will only apply to files uploaded during the promotion. This is the reason I will extend it, otherwise there is no point in having a promotion!
