well about laser keyboard, I saw long time ago that china has them. But holographic view is something not likely real. Projectors inside phones yes, but that one feature is something unreal...
such thin design is impossible due to recent battery technology...

The thing is that for now they cant compact it to small device, bcoz optics sizes are to big and too power consumable. But cheap china tries to improve that. And might be that it might become reality in phones
