FS Couldn't connect to www.fileserve.com at port 80

I seem to find the solution. Try not including the file name this will work.
Like:

http://www.fileserve.com/file/BkfhCGv/0821_mafia2_dlc_august27.rar
 remove: /0821_mafia2_dlc_august27.rar

Still get error "Can't connect at port 80" in these days, Fileserve is doing something to prevent high connection (ChrisFS said)...

This is lame :'(
