1st I want to say I never use a RDP before. Is there any discount available in here? I need to change md5 hash before upload. Is it possible in this RDP? Is there any demo available? Torrent seeding allow? Do you accept webmoney?

Yes you can pay with Webmoney. Just choose Paypal for complete the order. (Open a support ticket after the order for Webmoney payment info)

I asked for demo account because i was searching a new RDP (my old RDP raised the price) and i can say that the test speed was very good, 900/900. The support is genial, i will buy a account when my old RDP expire. Please no buy all PLANs of 200 NL, I want one! :)
