Hello,

I have been back after few days on summer time.
We have add ddos guard on our old bxx server because they suspended our servers, we already change to new solutions soon.

About payments, i sent to our staff by mistake, with old file of payouts. I am checking everything now, and deduct the rest or redundent on balance, so some users can see balance is negative.

By the way, please provide us server id , which one has slow speed.

I don’t see any balance or surplus. Because I have zero accruals. You noted that you paid more than a day ago!!!
