What is this? "Crypto will be charged 5% for exchange fee"

I use Binance to withdraw money. And Binance doesn't charge any fees because it's a user-to-user transaction. Do you mean even Binance will now be charged 5%?

They simply deduct funds to reduce payments.
This practice is becoming increasingly common among servers, now that payments have relatively low fees...

Of all times, these problems started happening right now. I’ve only been using this service for a couple of months and only had one stable month with normal download speed and no ridiculous fee. I’ve never seen anything like this. Why should we even care about your exchange fee? Are you seriously saying that people withdrawing TRC to an external wallet now must pay twice? A transfer fee plus a 5% fee for your fiat-to-crypto exchange? I assume you buy USDT via P2P - in that case there shouldn’t be any exchange fee, or it should be negligible (and then the service should cover it). Otherwise your exchanger is a scam. Degrading the service won’t improve anything, it will just drive users off.

P.S. I also find it funny that support answers selectively: they only reply to some questions they like and ignore others.

I use the TRC20 network and I know how it works, at least the basics.

They send funds through Binance to the wallet the user specifies. Binance's fee is $1.

The network fee is 0.

The network fee is 0 because they use bandwidth and energy obtained through stacking, which is holding money on the network. In return, you get that, plus some interest.

The 5% they charge... it's not for commissions; it's to reduce the amount paid.
