I'd thought I'd be nice and give out some free IRC Channels from my server * Dedicated not VPS.

Yes everything is installed , We are just letting people have free channels on our server. No we can cant provide root access to the server

Apparently you missed read it, I didn't ask for 'root access', I asked if you can provide the IRC Server as in the domain and/or IP as we can remote into IRC Network ourselves and do those above commands by ourself.

When I want to identify myself I type:

/msg nickserv identify password ​

and I get:

nickserv: No such nickname online.​

yes I'm sure I'm using the nickname you sent me.
