It's a free giveaway tool by Heroverin (just search the name — it's the /free page on their site). You paste the post or profile link, pick likes / followers / views, and it delivers a small real batch. No login, no password, no tasks to grind, and you can grab another batch after a short cooldown.
It won't dump thousands on you — and that's the point. A fresh account jumping to 50k overnight is the fastest way to get it flagged; IG strips fake spikes now. A small starter batch just makes a new profile/post look less empty so it doesn't scream "day-one account" when you send real traffic to it.
