Free banner, Can anyone step up?

Its height should be 165px and width may vary from 305px-600px.

Please match the banner's color theme to the template color theme.
Try to make it a bit serious (professional look). I can manage with a little playful banner too

Written text that says, 'Now that is easy' (in suitable font). Also please add a image that speaks 'now that is easy'.
The tag line is 'Do it, Through it'. (please keep its fonts smaller and below the banner within that 165px.
