The domain means? What exactly do you mean by forex? It kinda confuses me. Please explain the defination of the word forex.
Content is missing on the website. I can't see any content at all, why would you have a forum without content to provide to your guests/members? Please, spend a few minutes or even an hour to write a few topics where people can start replying or discuss. An active community is always important. Of course I understand that your site is new, but you can't avoid having content either.
Brokers Submenu - I see that you have a few "Your Link Here". You should, in my opinion, lower them down to only one where you're asking for a link exchange. When someone has done that link exchange you could add a new one. It looks very desperate to have so many links asking for a link exchange.
Login and Signup Buttons is sideways which doesn't looks good, does it? I don't understand why you have placed them in that way in the first place. You should make them straight. More readable, and it looks better.

login at three different places at the website, is it really needed to have three places where you can type in your username and password to log on?
