Dear uploaders,

We have revised our rates, here is the update.

  • Germany is now in Tier 1
  • Switzerland, Finland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria moved up in Tier 2
  • Japan and South Korea moved in Tier 3

Man i'm trying to work with your host but it is so slow in upload not more than 700KB/Sec..I have a high speed internet of 1GB/500MB..With other video hosts i have like 20MB/Sec!!!!

Yes, sometimes upload can be slow in some upload servers. This is due to high load. However, we will also always work on improving speed.

fix your upload it's constantly messed up, upload is slow as hell and gets stuck and never continues... not joust "SOME SERVERS" and "SOME TIMES" but all the servers and all the time... I'll just loose my patience and stop using this host

Sorry for the frustration caused, quite frankly speaking, we also are frustrated due to the performance of the site for the past few months. There are certain factors that are currently affecting the speed, we are figuring out the best possible solutions. Feedback like yours will always help us motivate to improve the service.
