N = Normal Quality Video which is 480p
H = HD video which is 720p

Hey thnx for the quick reply, in addition to the above why do some of the videos have both and some have only N or H?

When you upload a video with high quality and big file size it gives you 'H' file.

So it's staying in que and waiting for Encoder to make another lower version with normal quality like 'N' , so people with slower connections can watch without buffering.

If you have both N and H in your video, it means you have like 480p and 720p, two versions like on YouTube, so you can chose which one quality you want to watch. :)

Dear @flix555 ,

Lower rates, lower minimum payout, it is the right proportion (the real minimum payment is 10 dollars with this rate and not 20 dollars). All hosts start with high rates to invite uploaders and after... the rates go down and the minimum payout goes up.
My friend, don't be amazed if uploaders decrease ;)
