last time i tried them they were one of the best but currently the URL upload is dead
web upload is less than 200 kbps speed so it's impossible to work
i was trying to come back to this host after i left vidcloud but it seems like impossible to work here anymore
users saying that since a very long time as i see and the support still saying they will solve it this week
i don't know which week is that but you need to improve the situation

Give us a few more days, by Tuesday this problem will be solved.
Sorry for the frustration caused. We are a startup and we are not a mature company yet. (This is not an excuse, every startup face this problem before scaling it) However, we are working on the process to solve the problem ASAP. We had many complaints regarding Video encoding issue and we had to prioritize this issue to solve the problem on long-waiting time for video encoding. We added an additional server for video encoding only and now we can encode more videos in a shorter time. Now we are working on adding the server to speed-up the URL upload.

It should be working fine from yesterday. We tested a couple more time again today, and it is working fine for us.

When we delete files, it takes 12 hours to completely remove your files but will still use your space. This is because you can restore the file that has been deleted.

Yes, we count.
BTC payments can take some times more than 10 working days. For faster payout, I recommend PayPal.
