It is working, it might take a longer time due to many videos on the encoding queue in our upload server, we will add more upload server as soon as we can.

However, if the video is MP4, it can play right away without encoding.

Wait what? I simply have a website hosted with google sites and i put the links on it.. People goes into the site and they click the links... What's wrong with this? Google site is not ok? Do you want the Google analyitics reports?
