So I updated my firefox to 32 yesterday and I am having some problems with it now.Now the google search page is looks like stone age ad.

In chrome when I search google it shows like this

And with firefox

Is there a way to fix this guys....

That is a paid ad. Try changing the options under content and turn off block pop up ads.
