I will say again don't blame filevice for they are not paying, they are paying with most antithetic payment systems.
at other side i have see that PAYZA payouts are failed at every host. some host are supporting PAYZA .
i suggest to all my unpaid friends how payout through PAYZA . they should issue ticket and roll back their payouts to Webmoney and Paypal. and see filevice pays or not
